Teams Meeting Room Instructions
1. Locate to the Teams Kiosk located on the conference table. *Make sure all TV’s are powered on using the remote*
2. If you scheduled your Teams Meeting and selected “APC Conference Room” as a location for your meeting, you will see it displayed on the left-hand side of the Kiosk screen.
a. To Join your Team’s meeting tap the “Join” icon
3. Once in the meeting, you can view participants, mute your microphone, as well as disable the camera if need be. *Please use the Volume – and + on the touchscreen to adjust volume*
Join a Meeting with Teams or Zoom ID
1. Start by tapping the “Join with an ID”
2. First select the meeting provider (Teams or Zoom) and tap “Next”, then type in the meeting ID and passcode and tap “Join”
Schedule a meeting with Zoom
The Kiosk also allows for Zoom meetings to be scheduled (A meeting link is required in the “Body” of the Email when scheduling to the Meeting Room in Outlook). Alternatively you can invite any of the three teams rooms by sending a zoom invite to their email addresses: apcconferenceroom@portofanacortes.com

Once scheduled, your meeting will display with the Zoom/Webex logo next to it where you can then click “Join” to enter the meeting.
Sharing or mirroring your laptop screen
Hardwired:
1. To share your laptop screen plug the USB-C cable connected to the kiosk in to your computers USB-C port. If you are in a team’s meeting, it will automatically share your screen, if not, it will mirror your screen on the TV.
Wireless:
1. Press Windows + K buttons on your laptop
2. Click on the desired TV based on the Name, and click “Connect”
Troubleshooting Steps
If you experience issues sharing/mirroring your screen, please follow the steps below, if you still have issues, please contact IT.
1. Verify the TV is powered on via the remote and the correct input is selected on the TV. The input should be “Teams” when hardwired to the kiosk.
- When wireless, the TV just needs to be powered on. You will have to hit “Accept” on the remote for wireless connections
2. Once connected hardwired or wirelessly, right click your desktop and select “Display Settings” Scroll down and verify your display settings are set to “Duplicate these displays”
